Turkey is getting dear now

Been looking for flights to turkey and they have gone up so much to what they was once before on top of that the prices in turkey have gone up aswell----food, drinks hotels got dearer than mainland europe now has anybody got the latest prices for general food and drinks in tky?

Sorry I cannot help you with up to date prices, but I would wait until a few weeks before you are planning to go to Turkey before you book anything, try and grab a last min deal especially with all the travel companies which went out of business last year and Thomas Cook's financial position doesnt look too healthy, which makes me think there will be some bargains to grab if you hold back.

Also, many people simply cannot afford to go abroad this year what with all the Government cutbacks and folk losing their jobs, so my advice is hold on and dont event bother looking yet.

BTW, where abouts in Turkey are you thinking of going?
