Members and Strawberry

Hey guys, I've not contributed much lately, guilty as charged haha! I'm just noticing when I do sign in that things look quieter than usual round here and some of the regulars are no longer posting. Strawbs never seems to post these days.....I hope all is well. If there's a problem all you've got to do is send me a message and I'll be happy to listen or offer advice.

I'm hoping you don't find that offer intrusive, I'm just a friendly guy that's all.

Hi Richard things are a bit slow on here lately,it does go like that sometimes,all I know is Strawbs is ever so busy,not sure what with but she is busy coz when I pm'd her last week she sent a quicky reply few days after saying she was real busy tho she never said why. Thats all I know darling

Thank you for your concern, but I can assure I am perfectly fine!

I can't speak for the members, though from experience I can tell you that members do tend to 'come and go' - people get busy, you know? Or bored.......

I myself have been extremely busy lately, and I'm behind with all my emails/PMs etc as I just haven't had a moment to myself. I'm actually having a really exciting time at the moment, but I haven't forgotten the members on here and anyone I've promised an email to (or a PM) please bear with me........

Puncuatility has never been my strong point, and as I'm so busy right now it's got a whole lot worse!! But I will be in touch....

Poor soul. All those hours spent fantasising about going to Turkey and what it will be like there.

I do hope, if she ever gets to go, that she won't be bitterly disappointed by what she finds. Something tells me that when you build something up like that, with such a sense of eager anticipation and excitement, it can only be an anti climax.

She's wasting her time hunched over a computer screen. She should be doing normal things like going out, socialising, visiting the shopping centre, buying clothes, in fact anything than sitting in front of a computer 24/7, its just not normal. In fact, the majority of the other members on that site are quite needy souls, some even allege to live in Turkey so why oh why are the sitting on their bottoms all day long policing a stupid poxy little forum that is of no interest to the majority of ex pats who are out getting pissed up and bragging about who has got the biggest material item. Saddos the lot of em.

It is sad how she and the rest fantasise away but when you look at the lot of them you can see why they do daydream, thats all about they've got, daydreams to get away from the real world. I never want to be nasty or mean, specially cos some of the girls have real problems and issues and it is the men who pick up on the lonely signals
I wish somebody over the road would have a word in Reyhans ear but they never do, probs becasue they are just as daft as she is

Hi Thd,,think theyve been a cyber item for about 2 years now she puts up pics of her turkish cooking as wellto get him going,,,but it dont work.
Right old waste of time and cooking if you asks me!
