Sirin's Strange Post - And Her Cat's Large Nose

Sirin's playing it 'cool' and making out she doesn't know what's going on (but believe me - she does!) It's just her usual tactic of hoping 'everything will just go away'! Hmmm.....don't think so!

She's bleating on about Libya at the moment - as if SHE could give a toss - or even understand the politics of it all! And the irony of her post is amazing! She's obviously trying to covey a subliminal message to the few bored members who read her dross, and pretend that she finds nasty things MOST unpleasant - and says that Gadaffi's evil doings really " puts things into context doesn't it?!"

Well, Sirin, Gadaffi will not get YOU off the hook! You can try and highlight the evil things that maniac has done to thousands of innocent people - but his evil deeds do not exonerate YOU and what you've done! OK, you haven't murdered anyone - but at least his people knew he was a psychopathic nut - he never made out he was NICE! Actually, you have a little in common with him - he thinks he is GOD - and you think you're above everyone too!

I'm just watching the pictures on the news, showing the cells / torture chambers used by Gadaffi.... it's horrifying. How does a country get to a place where one man is supported in doing such awful things, and becomes powerful enough to hold so many thousands of people in fear?

When we hear people moaning about Britain, it really puts it in context doesn't it?

I really hope that people who have suffered feel some hope and relief now, and that the new rebel government is a democratic and fair one.

I'm not a person who believes in revenge, but I hope that Gadaffi is found and tried, so that families who have lost loved ones can feel some justice has been done.




Oh, one other thing : your cat (I take it that's your cat) has an incredibly large nose! In fact, it looks almost pornographic! That's the first cat I've seen that could probably do with a nose job. I bet he has as much trouble 'pulling' as you did!

Sirin, I can assure you that your husband has an amazing sense of humour. He'd need one to put up with you for however long it's going to take him to achieve his goals.....otherwise he would go insane.

I just had another nosey over the road, and it occured to me that Sirin has spent nearly all night on her computer. I wonder why she isn't celebrating Bayram with 'hubby'? He's VERY religious, and di all the fasting! Surely they would have been celebrating TOGETHER?

And no-one has replied to her dull hread about LIBYA - but then a lot of her members are not really into politics or countries (except Turkey) so possibly think Libya is situated somewhere inbetween their legs.

Aah! JW - who is now Turkish having spent a couple of months there - mentioned how she enjoyed going off to the Internet cafe when out there! So I suppose, when her FIL (who is a French Professor no less) and the rest of the family - including the upstairs neighbour who was showing JW her wedding dress on Skype - they must have all traipsed down to the Internet Cafe (wedding dress in place) and chatted to her from there when JW was in the States!

She's a bit similar to Sirin - she hides the TRUTH.

She knows people don't really care about politics or world affairs on that site and also that they rarely if ever respond, no the only reason she does that is to make the women think she is knowledgable about things and she likes to think she is above the members there But its really pathetic really

Oh God Yes i can see it now, all the osgurs having a day out at the local internet cafe...

Do you remember her trying to post after her first month there? she couldn't even even put one sentence together it was all over the place, now you don't need to be brains of Britain to realise that all her promises of daily interation with her daughter must have gone by the wayside. Even if she was on skpe msn there is always a bit of chatting done via writing. Plus if you had access to a pc you would be doing a few other things emails etc and just a couple of days on a Turkish keyboard you soon get the feel for it.

Spot on! Of course she must know the majority of TL members are not one iota interested in Libya! I bet she's not, either. Most of her members are very young girls who haven't got the slightest interest in world politics - I certainly wasn't interested in them at that age! And most of the older women are so 'loved up' with their askims and Turkiye that I doubt they even LOOK at a newspaper - or switch the TV on - unless someone texts them a NEWSFLASH saying : "Quick! BBC4 'Interview with Turkish Prime Minister re: Talks with Iran' On NOW!"

Actually, that post really shows how sanctimonious that woman is! She's really hoping all the members will think she's learned and clever - and caring - but she's none of them. I bet she's also hoping everyone will forget she's a LIAR by subliminaly comparing herself to Gadaffi! Haha! Shows how stoooooopid she must think everyone is! The smug, unctious toad really believes she's above everyone else, and even though she's been exposed for the deceptive, nasty liar that she is - she's behaving all self-righteous and trying to act all saintly!

The nasty, lying, hunched-up dull bore will do anything she can to try and stay around, just so she can suck all the joy out of everyone's lives. And she does that in various ways - she has several well-honed techniques - and then she'll send them a 'cyber rose' to 'cheer them up'! Ugh! She is absolutely vile!

Oh, that reminds me - JW hasn't mentioned her daughter ONCE, has she?! Not once!

She's just moaning about being back home......groan. She is one sicko, that woman - and she's the only woman in all the years on these sites, that I can honestly say I'm rather looking forward to the slimeball doing the dirty on her. I never wish horrible things on people, and I despise these using, sponging, slimeball rats who prey on women - but in JW'S case I have to make an exception. I am really looking forward to him squeezing her dry and then running away from her. She deserves it. She's a cold, callous, nasty, twisted bitch. She DUMPED her daughter for two months, and she resents the fact she has her in her life (shame she opened her legs in the beginning!) She got rid of her daughter's dog (the one comfort in that little girl's life) because Sponging Flabby hated the dog.

He was also very cruel to that dog - maybe not physically - but mentally he was. I remember her saying how he got the dog to 'SIT' and 'BEHAVE' and you could tell by how she described it, that the dog was scared of him. I bet that poor little dog used to shake and cower when the slob strolled through the door. Ugh! It turns my stomach! I wouldn't mind betting her daughter will start being ordered to 'stay in her room' and 'stay out of the way!' Do you remember last year (this was before she was even engaged!) and she was driving in her car with her daughter who asked JW something about Christmas (just weeks away) and JW was all exasperated with her for mentioning CHRISTMAS (her, the wannabe Muslim) and angrily dismissed her with a terse "That's your father's department! Ask him!"

Oh, and do you remember how she laughed - even added LOL - after starting a thread saying 'BRAIN DAMAGE? LOL' and went on to LAUGH at me nearly losing my life in the plane crash! Sick fuckin cow she is! Well, if I have got brain damage - I'm still smarter than she is!

How long will Flbby have to suffer her before he gets his greencard, I wonder?

I just went over to look at her cat and it's nose is big it looks a bit rude as well, I can see what you mean PMSL I bet she put her cat up there to butter Ken up, his in to cats so that might be why she done it. She is sneaky.

My cat has a very large nose too. I think it's very masculine and it suits him. He's very handsome. I must put a photo of him on for you all to see sometime. My sister and I each got a kitten from the same litter and so she has his sister. His sister is very petitie and has a tiny little nose and you could never in a million years mistake her for a male. They're not the least bit alike to look at but are both absolutely beautiful.

I love all animals but I must say I especially love cats.

Yes, I love cats,too. Though I think I'm more of a 'doggy person', really. The cat I had back in the 90's - he wasn't much of a 'looker' - he looked like a bruiser when I think about it. He was actually very loving, and used to follow me to the corner shop. If I was going any further I'd try and make him go back home, but he'd keep following me util I had to pick him up and take him with me in case he got lost. Although he wasn't especially handsome he had a lovely character, but he did get into a few scraps with local cats - and a couple of dogs, too. He had a habit of laying outside in the front, on his back with all his legs up in the air, and I remember some schoolchildren walking past one day and saying: "Look at that dead cat!" He was very laid-back, and never cared that he was in a vulnerable position - he'd just lay there on his back and let passing strangers stroke his ears - he loved that!

He used to like to go out at night quite a lot, and we never really knew where he used to go, until one day my next-door neighbour told me that she'd had a guest staying overnight, and in the morning the guest said to my neighbour "I didn't know you had a cat?"

So my neighbour said "We don't!"

Then the guest told her: "But I've had a cat sleep on my bed with me all night long! It's still up there on the bed!"

So my neighbour went upstairs and saw my cat laying there as cool as a cucumber - he obviously used to go in there in the summer when she left her bedroom wondows open, and probably thought it was HIS bed!

Aah, thinking about him now - I still miss him....

What on earth possesses Jan I wonder to think that the members of TL, whose lives revolve solely around hubby; hubby's visa, how hubby might settle into the UK/is settling into the UK, hubby's NI number, hubby's work search, hubby's Life in the UK test, hubby's ILR, finding hubby a Turkish copy of the Highway Code and generally what hubby likes and what hubby wants/needs, would be remotely interested in what's going on beyond the the end of own noses, let alone elsewhere in the world!

I can't understand people who are "taken in" by these tyrannical, narcissistic and utterly crazy people. They must have such charm and charisma, bit like Hitler did.


She obviously doesn't realise that most Libyan's were never 'taken in' by the mad Gadaffi - he simply instilled fear in them and stripped them of all their freedom. She obviously doesn't know about the politics of Libya. The Libyan's who claim to support Gadaffi, do so (did so) because they too are terrified of him, and know if they don't support him Gadaffi will order their families to be chopped up into little pieces. The others have just been brainwashed by him - similar to the Stockholm Syndrome.

She really is ignorant.

As for Jan putting the post up in the first place, it shows what little insight she has about her members and what they're interested in.

We know that the notion of being "taken in" simply doesn't enter the equation but can you really expect any of them there to understand the socio political constructs of a tyrannical dictatorial political regime when they live in their little "hubby bubbles"?

They're better off sticking to chatting about how to track their visa applications and how to settle hubby in when he arrives.
