I'm still here too. Haven't logged on for ages, vtunnel is touch and go here (as is our internet connection!) so sometimes it lets me log in sometimes it says I have been deleted! Looks lke I have a lot of catching up to do and with having 2 weeks off starting next friday I will hopefully be on here a lot more.

Hi I was going to post but i was very unwell and had a severe attack of agoraphobia and winter blues and just couldn't face coming online, i am a lot better now thanks and will try and post some more when i can get on here. i've been sleeping a lot taking new medication from the doc that she gave me for anxiety attacks so excuse me if i sound a bit muddled but my head feels all foggy and hazey a lot of the time. i never had this before so never knew what was going on when i went all funny and light in the head. has anyone else had this. i am in a state and panicking about turkey and how i will get there feeling like this. any advice from you girls would be helpfull

You are best talking your symptoms through with your GP and if necessary, he/she will refer you on to a medical professional for further help as you certainly sound like you in need of assistance from health care professionals.

I fail to see how anyone on this site can help someone who clearly has such severe issues as you claim you have.

Make an appointment to see your GP ASAP.
