    Hi THD

    Missed you too.

In fact I have missed everyone, but so unhappy to read such tragic news.

Then thunder thighs hooks in Gemsgirl, she is so so needy.

    Hi Pol

Thanks for the welcome back, am trying to catch up with all the news.

BTW, got loads of funny stories to tell, but now is not the right time with this terrible double murder.

    Hi Ruby,

I'm going to hold you to that offer! tongue

We're doing Austria and Cuba, but haven't planned next summer's yet. I'm thinking Italy and a few weekends in Paris, Bruges etc. I used to do that all the time - miss those days!

We're coming to Turkey, too (not sure on dates) but we have to go, anyway. We'll be going to Izmir and then down to Soke, and then down to Fethiye. Time permitting we may drive down to Patara and Kas - Kas is where Ertie first proposed to me, so it's very special to us - even though I'm still deciding! Haha! tongue It was quite magical, actually. They had a lovely firework display going on at the time (can't remember the occasion - some national day or something) and we were sat in this lovely bar overlooking the harbour called Deja Vu - it's open-air and as you walk up the wooden steps there's masses of overhanging jasmine - and as you know, the scent of jasmine at night is out of this world. The music was good in there too - quite varied and different - oh, it's a lovely, little place.

So that's our plans for next year - but I'm still going to hold you to your offer!

Oh, almost forgot. I might be doing a long shopping weekend with a friend of mine to New York - we're thinking late November/early December. Nothing confirmed yet - just something we've talked about. Ertie can't come (shame) but he hates shopping, anyway. He can be in and out of a shop in, like, one minute! He walks straight in, marches up to, say, the shoe department, picks the first pair he sees, tries them on for size - if they fit - he pays and walks straight out the shop! Anyway, if you're up for a shopping weekend maybe you could come too? tongue
