Yes, im fine with them, they just help me get to sleep but dont keep me asleep, but im lucky, Lily sleeps through so far but id be wide awake if need be....

You have to go to the Avatar button and then that leads you onto the process of downloading the piccie.

I do hope you are ok, big hugs, its horrible when you have sleeping issues, hopefully it will pass soon for you.
