Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but I've literally just got in.
Can you tell me what it is you actually need to know about applying for a settlement visa? Have you not applied for yours yet? If you give me as much info as possible I'll try my best to help. I'll also take a quick look at the ImmigrationBoard to see why you can't find the section on settlement visas......it must be on there.
