A load of my family have fell ill with Chickenpox or Shingles, there seems to be an epidemic going around at the moment, half of my grandchildren's school have been off with it.
I remember having Chickenpox when I was 28. I was terribly ill and my GP came to visit me at home twice a day for a week. Yes GP's used to do home visits back in the day
Anyway he told me when I had made a full recovery that he had never seen anyone with Chickenpox like mine except back in India and most of them died from the illness.
I must be a tough bird
