Property Prices.................................

Meanwhile, for those readers (Helloooooooooo!! ) a little topic on property prices!

LONDON property prices are still rising.....but the rest of the country has fallen by as much as 20%. Especially rotten for those in the north west of England - their properties have fallen the most - and are set to freefall even more dramatically! Sorry times for them

Yep I'm in Yorkshire and it's true but does depend somewhat on which bit - where I am in North Yorks (Dales etc) prices are fairly stable but some areas it's the opposite. In a town not too far away from me there's terraced houses for 67K in some parts!!
It seems in Turkey the prices are rising - where we are when we're there - in Cesme - they're certainly on the up. My husband has property in Izmir and that def holds it's own

Cazzy the asking prices in turkey are rising...cos the silly arses put them up cos they dont sell....LOL.....in Tinky you cant give the places away.....in england theres a big slump tho I do know London is seperate from that...
