Honestly, I don't know how a national newspaper can report such rubbish. All it's basically saying is that chocolate gives you more energy to exercise for longer! I think they're hard-up for stories. Next week they'll be saying how chocolate makes you gain weight.
Mind you, cocoa is very good for you - almost as good as red wine.

Well I had a really bad headache over the weekend and drank red wine which made the headache disappear, either that, or I could not feel it anymore. Red wine is supposed to be excellent for opening the blood vessels in your brain (this of course would not apply to members of TL as you do require a brain) and relieving the pain of a headache.
