Ruby is very upset with some of the remarks you've made to her, and I must say, having looked at them some are rather suggestive and disrespectful.

Could you please apologise to Ruby for offending her, and please refrain from making any more derogatory remarks.

Well what can I say?!! Strawberry and Ruby let me offer you my sincerest apologies!! I never once meant any offence but I guess some people could see my remarks differently to how I meant them. For that I am sorry!! I hope you forgive me Ruby and I'll try not to get out of hand again!! Bill
